Not to mention that the definition of terrorism according to the United States Department of Defense is:

"the calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological."

Under which the Bush administration falls quite easily. So according to their policy of "not dealing with terrorists", the rest of the world shouldn't be dealing with the US.

And yes, signed treaties are constitutionally binding. They ARE laws you DO have to follow.

Want to know what my definition of terrorism is.

The targeting of innocent civilians for the soul purpose of killing them. Or the sponsoring of such acts.

And as far as I know Bush has never ordered an attack on innocent Iraqi people.

July to June and then again in September 2002. Bombing campaign on major Iraqi cities as well as military bases. About 600 bombs dropped just in the July to June raid.

Sorry bub, I know my stuff.

Oh plus your definition isn't legally binding, the Department of Defense's is.

I did a story on this and man, did I get hammered. I was attacked for claiming Hamas kills innocent people and pointing out they are a terrorist group. This guy said, that Hamas doesn't usually target innocent people just the Israeli people and called Hamas killing innocent people collateral damage...I'm serious. I had to erase a bunch of the crazy sh*t but I left this actual comment up:

"And Op: "terrorist group that specifically targets innocent children to murder". Once again I must urge you to stop lying. They target the Israeli people and mostly officials and military, and as you are so keen on saying, it's called collateral damage. Don't pretend to care about those people, since you said only a few days ago that you don't care about people who harbor terrorists.
Lastly, what no one ever remembers is that the Palestinian people have very little rights. They are controlled and pushed around like second class citizens, so no wonder some of them have gone nuts and started bombing. If they had an army, they would have declared war to Israel long ago and you wouldn't care about that, but since they don't have an army, they use bombs."

Za - so what you're telling me is that Bush went to his guys and ordered them to blow up kids. To target kids. To target the elderly. Because that what Hamas does.

Anthony - I have my own wacked out guy to deal with so I know how you feel.

No Chris, I'm saying that he said "bomb this city" - he didn't give a damn who he killed, which in some ways is worse. Sorry, but the ends do not justify the means.

And I have to just say - Opinion, that guy's a nut. Palestinians ARE treated like second-class citizens in Israel, but the whole "not terrorists" thing...
