NSA Database Problem

A recent story by USA Today revealed that three major phone companies were working with the NSA by giving them information on customer calling records. But there seems to be a problem. Bellsouth, one of the phone companies in the story, denies ever giving the NSA any data. So, who's lying. Bellsouth or the informant who already broke the law by leaking this story?

Being an informant isnt breaking the law. There are statutes that protect people from exposing corruption or things they feel are illegal.
