9/11 ADS
I'm sure you've seen the two campaign's 9/11 ads they have out. I just wanted to talk about two differences about the ads. First, who put them out. Sometime back, Bush had an ad out that showed rescue workers carrying a flag draped body out of the rubble of the WTC. He was slammed by Dems as using the tragedy for political gain. Well, where's the same anger for the Kerry campaigns doing the same thing with a widow of a 9/11 victim? Some are saying, Chris, Bush is doing the same with the ad showing the girl who lost her mother. No, he's not. That ad isn't from the Bush camp. It's from a pro-Bush group. Kerry's ad is from the Kerry camp. Bush isn't exploiting the tragedy, but Kerry is. And second, the tone of the ads. Even when Kerry's trying to show heart and pull on our heart strings, he can't help but slam and bash Bush. On the other hand, the pro-Bush group's ad shows sympathy and compassion. It doesn't attack anyone. It actually made me well up a little bit watching it today. These ads really show the character of the two.

KERRY PANDERS
Candidate Waffles went hunting today to pander to pro-gun undecideds. He bought a brand new outfit for the outing. Now, I'm not a hunter, but I do have hunters in my family. So I don't know much about this subject, but I do know that real hunters have their own jackets and pants already. They don't go out and buy them the day they go photo opping, I mean hunting. I wonder how many people fell for this?
