ARAFAT SICK
Doctors are saying that he's close to death. Hold on...wait...never mind. I thought that was a tear about to fall, but it was just some dust in my eye. I have a post for if/when he finally kicks the bucket. Counting the day(s). But he could be like Castro. A roach that never dies.

HELL FREEZES OVER
The Boston Redsox have won the World Series. Who ever bet on them just made a fortune. I guess The Babe felt sorry for them. Now all we have to do is wait for the Botox...I mean BoSox/Kerry references to start up. We've heard a little of it already, but the dopes will really be out now. BFB has a great post on this. The BoSox won the WS under President Bush at Busch Stadium.

KERRY'S BIGGEST FLIP-FLOP TO DATE
John Kerry on November 21, 2001 on John McLaughlin's One on One
"I have no doubt, I've never had any doubt -- and I've said this publicly -- about our ability to be successful in Afghanistan. We are and we will be. The larger issue, John, is what happens afterwards. How do we now turn attention ultimately to Saddam Hussein? How do we deal with the larger Muslim world? What is our foreign policy going to be to drain the swamp of terrorism on a global basis?"
Even John Kerry was ready to go after Saddam, back in Nov. of 2001. No proof that Saddam was connected to 9/11, but Kerry wanted to know when we were going to go after him. He really has earned the nicknames Waffle and Flip-Flop.
