Newsgasim

Three stories I wanted to post on yesterday but couldn't because I only post one thing on Wednesday.

Mayor of Portland, OR cries foul when a buttload of illegals and three managers are arrested.
I am angered by this morning's arrest by federal officers of approximately 150 Portland residents who were working at a local produce company. I certainly understand why federal officials executed criminal warrants against three individuals who stole and sold Social Security numbers. But to go after local workers who are here to support their families while filling the demands of local businesses for their labor is bad policy
Because, your Honor, they are here illegally. They are criminals, and criminals get arrested.

Leave it to a rapper to break down the political landscape in terms no one can understand. After reading DMC's mastering of the English language and the nuances of politics, I might just have to vote for Hillary or Obama myself. Yo.

Les Moonves blames sexism for Katie Couric's sinking numbers. Yes, it's because she's a woman. Has nothing to do with the fact that she's a horrible anchor.

Angelina Jolie's new pet cause is freedom of the press. While promoting her new movie, A Mighty Heart, about the widow of murdered journalist Daniel Pearl, Jolie is sporting a tattoo on her neck that says "Know Your Rights". Too bad she doesn't practice what she preaches. Wanting Fox News and all it affiliates banned from the premier. Is there no end to the close minded Liberals intolerance? It's true. Liberals are the least Liberal minded people.

Democrats in Broward County Florida want to want to cancel a deal with radio station WIOD, AM 610, which has been the official station for emergency information, say during a hurricane, because the station airs Rush Limbaugh.

Someone needs to ask the folks at CBS if it's sexism that's keeping Katie down, how come so many local and cable networks do fine with female anchors?

It's something CBS can't grasp. Charisma. Couric doesn't have it. She's boring.
