After shares of Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. fell today, David Frear, their CFO, said this

"At the end of the day, customers will choose based on content. Our content with NFL, with Howard Stern, Eminem, and other programming is clearly superior to XM"

That's exactly why I wouldn't get Sirius. I don't like football and I hate Stern and Eminem. This also stems from the fact that since the Stern was announced as going to Sirius, their subscriptions haven't seen much change while competitor XM still remains ahead.
