Let Me Be Clear

So President Obama tried to sell his budget plan today and he talked about using a scalpel instead of a machete to make nothing cuts in spending. At which point I got the idea for some of my famous artwork, which I haven't done much of lately. I knew what I wanted but, since I'm unable to draw, I had to improvise. I tried finding a picture of what I wanted and use it. No. I tried using the standard shapes that Photoshop provides. No. So in the end I have to resort to describing it and letting you use your imagination. Sad, I know, but it's all I got. Okay, so picture it: it's a jungle with the caption "National Debt" and in it stands President Obama holding a scalpel labeled "Budget Plan" and he's saying either his standard "Let Me Be Clear" or "Hey, It's A Start". See, how awesome would that have been?

Fake Patriot?

You know, the truth is that right after 9/11, I had a pin. Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we’re talking about the Iraq War, that became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, I decided I won’t wear that pin on my chest.

True patriotism? The inference being that people who wore a lapel pin were faking their patriotism.

What...what's that he's wearing on his lapel during his recent visit to "The View"? Is that a sign of his fake patriotism?  Why, I think it is.  What's the point of this post?  There isn't one.  I was just bored and didn't have anything else to do.

The More Things Change...

Okay now, I want to see Obama supporters screaming from the rafters about this the way they did when Bush was doing similar things. I really like this part:

Our President Does

Do you know anyone who was in the Weather Underground? Our president does. Do you know anyone who was part of an organization with the ideology of "Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, Kill your parents." Our president does. Do you know a terrorist? Our president does. Do you know anyone who associates with cop killers? Our president does. Do you know anyone who idealizes mass murderer Che Guevara? Our president does. Do you know anyone who was on the run from the FBI? Our president does.

The Government Can Go To Hell

Right after they kiss my fat ass. I will be damned if they're going to get either my height, weight or BMI. I am so pissed off right now I'm having trouble tying this out. These people have to be stopped. They are turning this country into a damned Fascist state ruled by a maniacal dictator in training. God damn everyone who voted for this man. And if you don't like that, I don't give a fuck. You are as much, if not more, to blame for what's going on.

I hope Republicans win in November. Not because they'll do a better job, they won't, but so maybe this ass will be impeached and then thrown out of power. He's actively working against the American people and the Constitution and there has to be a law somewhere that's he's broken. We just need someone with the balls to finally do something about it. There is too much apathy in this country. Too many people turning a blind eye, denying what's happening right in front of their eyes, making excuses or, worse of all, approving of what going on.

It's good to see the White House take a stand. And they're really putting their necks out on this one.

Speaking about the Uganda bombings, the president said, "What you've seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself. They see it as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains."

Uh, Mr. President, I believe that's true for everyone not just Africans.

Not Making Many Friends

I have never seen a government, and the president himself, openly mock and attack the people of this country the way Democrats and President Obama have. Only a few more months until we can finally kick some of their asses out and a little more than two years until we can finally get rid of Obama himself. Big party at my place when that happens.

When President Bush appointed John Bolton as ambassador to the U.N. while Congress was in recess, then Sen. Obama said
