SHAKE UP
There's talk of some of Bush's cabinet not returning for the second term. Ashcroft, Powell and Rumsfeld. I think Ashcroft and Powell will leave, but I don't see Rummy going anywhere. There's also talk about Rudy Giuliani taking over as Attorney General. I think that's a great idea. He was, after all, the US attorney for the Southern district of New York, so he's qualified. Get him in there to keep his name out there for his run in '08. What I haven't heard so far is who would replace Colin Powell as the secretary of state. I have a suggestion. Gen. Tommy Franks. He's made quite a name for himself as someone who knows what he's talking about and what he's doing. Just a thought.

CAN YOU SAY "BLIND"
Terry McAuliffe on the state of the Democratic party.
"This party is stronger than its ever been. Were in the best financial shape. We now have, unlike four years ago, millions and millions of new supporters of this party. Were debt-free for the first time ever and were beginning to build towards 2008"
Funny, because it looks like the Democratic party is in disarray. The Clinton magic appears to be gone. You have some of the most insane people out there. Dean, Gore and Kennedy. You have millions and millions, but we have millions and millions and millions of new supporters of the GOP.
