To put it bluntly, wavs have a fat behind. Mp3s do not.
And there're many free programs to help you make mp3s. ;)
But I know what you mean - I reckon my voice doesn't sound right either.
It's not a half-bad idea though.
I was downloading a piece of software that would convert wavs to mp3. 8MB, but halfway through something went wrong and it went back down to zero. I'm going to try it again though.
