Chris - I advise you to read "What Liberal Media?". It compares the amount of media bashing Bush gets to what Clinton got.
Clinton had a new thing every week, Bush needs a few thousand people to die or a severe breach of the constitution for it to get the same reaction.
As for that article - it had no context, I didn't know what the crap I was reading.
