Craig McCarthy has set up a petition to stop taxpayer funding of the ACLU, quite a while ago. We are trying to help Craig reach at least 25,000 signatures. We are not that far away.

Reason #3 Why I Hate The ACLU.
Because the following is a scenario I could see as actually taking place.
How dare the Bush administration try to catch these guys
Their hero comes to the rescue
