I DON'T KNOW
Shayne asks a great question.

Why is it illegal (considered a hate crime) if you burn a "Rainbow" flag, but just dandy if you burn an American flag?

Can anyone tell me the answer?

You gotta help me out here...what's the law against burning a rainbow flag? Federal law...state law...local law...Lucy Lawless?

This entire "argument" seems to stem from two guys who were arrested or something for burning a "Rainbow" flag during a Gay Pride parade. The actual reason they were arrested was for stealing and destroying the flag, not the act of burning it.

Just more gay hate from the right.

The actual reason they were arrested was for stealing and destroying personal property, not the act of burning the flag.
