Favorite Programs 2

If you'll remember last month when I posted some of my favorite programs I use. Well, here's a few more.

This is a cool program. It's a real time space simulation. Which means it's a map of the universe that you can follow as it's actually happening. You really have to see it to appreciate it. 13MB.
If you download this, check out Celestia Motherload for a bunch of addons. New galaxies, blackholes, satellites. It even has sci-fi ships from Star Wars and Star Trek.

Have a lot of passwords you have trouble remembering? Roboform is a program you should check out. It holds, I believe, up to 10 passwords and two ID files for when you have to fill out forms with your name, address, phone number and like. And unlike Gator, it doesn't have spyware. 2MB.

Exactly what it says. It's a site with a bunch of different things to download to change up Windows. What I like are the boot and login skins. But beware, some of the things may be for the more advanced user.

Have some files you want to get rid of but don't want Johnny Law or anyone else to know about. Download this. It'll completely erase anything. When you just delete a file it's still on your computer. This will write over it and completely get rid of it. Perfect if you're giving your old hard drive to someone and don't want them to find those nude pictures of yourself you took. 12.5K

Just dropped by to say I like anything of Stephen King's, and have read everything Dean Koontz. I'm a sci-fi addict. ^_^
