Crossing The Line?

Every time a nutcase Liberal spews forth their hatred and intolerance people always question, "Have they gone over the line this time?". The Left went over the line a long time ago. But yet they continue to ramble on. Take Harry Belefonte for instance. While in Venezuela for UNICEF, Mr. Belefonte said the following
No matter what the greatest tyrant in the world, the greatest terrorist in the world, George W. Bush says, we're here to tell you: Not hundreds, not thousands, but millions of the American people . . . support your revolution

1) Treason
Noun
Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.

2) Only in his screwed up socialist world does millions of Americans support their "revolution".

If you want a perfect example of bias in the media, look no further. When Pat Robertson said what he said about Sharon, Big Media was all over it attacking him. As they should have. But the only one's I've seen talking about this story are FNC and bloggers. Gee, I wonder why that is. I mean Harry Belafonte is being sent to these countries and committing acts of treason on the American taxpayers dollar. You'd think there'd be coverage up the wall about this. I don't know about you, but I don't like my hard earned money going to people and organizations like this.

Has it occured to you that in telling the public:
"Now, by the way, any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap, it requires -- a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so. It's important for our fellow citizens to understand, when you think Patriot Act, constitutional guarantees are in place when it comes to doing what is necessary to protect our homeland, because we value the Constitution."
on April 20, 2004 at 9:49am... during the same period that he was in fact doing the exact opposite, and recalling that he is perfectly capable of getting a warrant for such actions UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER HE PERFORMS THEM, and taking into account the first definition of treason you posted (the dictionary one, not your screwed up one that doesn't even make sense), that Bush was committing an act of treason?

[sarcasm]Ahhh yes. People cannot have their own opinions! Yay for fascism![/sarcasm]

Chris, you're applying a double-standard. Your favoured politicians and political commentators are allowed to say whatever the hell they want, yet if someone has a disparaging view of your favoured politicians, suddenly their treasonous.
And has it also occured to you that your nation's Constitution actually supports him? That's the only reason they LET you all have the right to bear arms - so that way you could be "treasonous" and take down the government if it got too despotic.

Sorry "their treasonous" should read "they're treasonous".

Stupid smart fingers. I need to start up a blogspot account just so I can edit.
