That's Just Biden Being Biden

"I was shot at while in Iraq." No, that's no Hillary telling her tall tale again, that's Joe Biden last year.
Number one, you take all the troops out - you better have helicopters ready to take those 3,000 civilians inside the Green Zone, where I have been seven times and shot at.
Only thing is, like Clinton, Biden wasn't exactly shot at. We was in a building near a building that was attacked. Then there's another Bidenism where he made it seem like a helicopter he was riding in over Afghanistan was forced down by enemy fire. But it was only the weather.

The Debate

I didn't watch the debate, but I did catch a few minutes of it. And from the few minutes that I watched I saw that John McCain was calm, cool and collected and Obama was impatient, angry and couldn't wait to butt in on Sen. McCain's time. I don't have a winner.

Slow Internet

My connection has been extremely slow the past few days. I'm barely able to get pages to load most of the time. So if I disappear for a while you'll know why.

UPDATE
I called my ISP and things seem to working now, but I've learned never to celebrate too early because when it comes to computers things can go wonky real quick.

UPDATE 2
I began having trouble again yesterday. When I called my ISP they told me that they heard some static on their end of the line and that's what may have been causing my trouble. So I called my phone company this morning and they're going to send someone out by Monday 5pm to check my line out. No hurry. But I've noticed that these past two mornings, today included, that my connection seems to work fine. It's in the evening that problems seem to arise. Not sure if that means anything.

Marine Sues John Murtha

Now, less than six weeks before the longtime Johnstown Democrat is up for re-election, a Marine involved in the now-infamous Haditha incident is suing Murtha for slander.
This is actually the second lawsuit against Rep. Murtha pertaining to what he said about the Marines. The first one is still ongoing. I'm not sure whether these lawsuits will go anywhere, but HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. John Murtha is an ass who should be tared and feathered. He had zero evidence and yet he had already found these men guilty. What a loser.

The Bailout

I don't agree with the bailout. It's not the government's job to save us from ourselves. But what this situation does point out is the difference between McCain and Obama. John McCain is the man who said "I'd rather lose an election than a war". And, with that philosophy in mind, he took a huge gamble and suspended his campaign to go back to Washington and do what the people of Arizona elected him to do. Work for them. This could cost him the election but he's doing what's right. Obama won't. For McCain, it's Country First. For Obama, it's Power First.

Can It Be True?

A Washington Post columnist has done the unthinkable. She's taken a look at Obama and come to the conclusion that he's not being honest. This is a no-no in her circle. I would love to read someone the emails she's going to get because of this piece.

But there is one argument I have to make. While she does call Obama out on the Limbaugh ad, she neglects to tell us that the entire thing was a comedy bit Rush did and he was talking about Mexico's immigration laws. Now this might be in the link that's provided in the article, but it doesn't seem to want to load for me.
