Preach It Brothers

Finally the Bush White House swipes back at the Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy, aka Big Media. Rove and Bush don't hold back. I can't wait to see what they're, BM, response will be. And this part about Chief of Staff Andy Card
"White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card was outraged that the TV networks refused to declare Bush the winner on Election Night, even after all the votes were counted in the pivotal state Ohio and it became obvious Kerry could not win.

'Some of the talking heads,' Card said, 'were rooting for a crisis in Ohio. It wasn't just that they were afraid to admit we had won.'

Card became particularly incensed when Bush's Ohio lead reached 120,000 votes, which was mathematically insurmountable.

'Nobody wanted to call it so that we had won,' he said. 'It was like, c'mon, are they just afraid to say it?'"
I still remember that night. Bush was the clear winner and only one news outlet was calling it. Can you guess who? I kept flipping from ABC to CBS to NBC to CNN to MSNBC. And Fox News was the only one calling Bush the winner. The others were too busy crying and bitching. In denial.

Won't You Be My Neighbor?

A treat for everyone. A look around Indian Chris's homestead.

Here we have a tree in my back yard. I thought it looked pretty cool, no leaves and the blue sky with the clouds.

Here we have a look at some of the other poor people in my neighborhood.

My mutt on my worn out back deck.

Here we have my broken down shed that I hope to replace one day.

You can't really tell, but those are horses out in the field across from my abode.

Here we are still in Winter and my pear tree is starting to bud.

My faithful old flag waving in the breeze. God Bless America. And yeah, I got a butterfly plant hook. Want to make something of it?

Ted Rall

The latest garbage from Ted Rall.
But it seem the facts just get in the way for ol' Ted. From the actual 9/11 Commission Report.
"During at least five of the passengers' phone calls, information was shared about the attacks that had occurred earlier that morning at the World Trade Center. Five calls described the intent of passengers and surviving crew members to revolt against the hijackers. According to one call, they voted on whether to rush the terrorists in an attempt to retake the plane. They decided, and acted.

At 9:57, the passenger assault began. Several passengers had terminated phone calls with loved ones in order to join the revolt. One of the callers ended her message as follows:"Everyone’s running up to first class. I’ve got to
go. Bye."

The cockpit voice recorder captured the sounds of the passenger assault muffled by the intervening cockpit door. Some family members who listened to the recording report that they can hear the voice of a loved one among the din. We cannot identify whose voices can be heard. But the assault was sustained."
This piece of shit Rall makes me sick. I wish somebody would take a baseball bat to the side of his head. I honestly do. I can just see Rall sitting on his couch stroking himself to a tape of the WTC being attacked.

Statusbar Clock

For those of you who may have used the extension Statusbar Clock for FireFox, here's the FF 1.5 version. This little addon seems to have been very popular and a lot of people were wanting it back. I can't believe I would've missed such a small thing but I did.

Blind To Reality

"This is an administration that is going to be noted for its incompetence not its accomplishments"
Sen. Harry Reid
This is also the man who believes Clinton will be remember for Reagan's economy rather than Lewinsky and will go down as one of the greatest of all time. Call me crazy but I don't put too much stock in what Harry Reid thinks.
